In a Window module, sockets are mounted at convenient height for ease of use.
Internally the Mains and Audio are at waist height and externally near the floor.
- Easily make electrical + audio connections through this module.
- Outside sockets are close to the ground to minimise trip hazard.
- Internal sockets are at waist height to allow easy patching
- Wide range of useful options available with order.
- You can interchange Sockets as usage patterns evolve.
We use dry glazed laminated glass windows, 900 x 720. This optimises visual communication. The Window module is also the interconnection module to the ‘outside world’, for example, you may specify:
Window Module – AUDIO, DATA or VIDEO IN/OUT
- Basic- one 4 way external panel pre-wired to one internal panel
- Expansion – add extra panels to your requirements with
- up to 4 standard Neutric D series connectors per panel
- Up to 24 channels standard.
- Additional panel sites in large booths
- Wall modules house Panels
- Typical Connectors as follows:
- XLR (M/F)
- ¼” Jack
- Cat 5/6
- BNC
- HDMI
- from the Neutric D type panel mount range installed and tested – to suit your requirements.
Future expansion – although all parts dismantle easily, extra In/Out options may require significant woodwork. Therefore it is best to install what you may need at purchase time.
Empty blank expansion recesses may be specified if future needs are unknown.
Window Module – 240V MAINS IN
One 10 amp General Purpose Inlet (GPI) flush mount 240V socket accepts a standard 10 amp extension lead. This feeds a 10 amp double socket mounted at waist height.
RCD Protection
We supply an internally mounted Residual Current Device Earth Leakage circuit breaker. As a result this Australian Standard Component will automatically disconnect the mains upon detection of a short circuit or path to ground in the booth within a few milliseconds.
The isolation switch and reset button are accessible through a small hole in the lower window panel, so only authorised users reset the breaker.
Recessed wall plates will prevent damage to electrical components. We flat pack and band modules to minimise damage and footprint while in interstate-transit.
Certification :
The booth is regarded as a caravan for electrical regulation purposes and all mains wiring conforms to Australian regulations.
* Copy of Certification document available.* SELV – Safe Extra Low Voltage Wiring is an Australian wiring standard suited to this application ESB.
