Have a look at the swatch below, which displays the Wall Colour Options for modular sound booths
The materials face all Wall Modules except Pegboard Walls
365 is Orange and 366 is bright red. If in doubt contact us, or we can supply a physical swatch for a nominal fee, and we can lend you one when you place an order.
The material used is viscose rayon, made entirely from natural wood, and is safe for all people including children. Its used a lot for infants toys for example, where it often chewed.
We use this type of material to keep you healthy and safe in your work and play, so you can spend many hundreds of hours in a Modular Sound Booth without fatigue.
Choice of colours has a beneficial effect
We find anecdotally that the correct choice of colors has a beneficial effect on the content produced in the booth.
For example, news rooms often use brighter vivid colors, while a voice over booth for a church or contemplative institution go for a more neutral calm look.
Its also possible for larger booths to supply more Wall Color Options, although care should be taken to choose complimentary colors for the best effect.
NOTE – colors may not display perfectly on some monitors. You can view the color code numbers more easily below
.
We do find that for schools, its often possible to match the color of the logo. This continues the theme in a nice way. This identification with the school’s intention promotes respect for the installation and an association with success and fun.
use darker richer colors
In booths with high traffic and much daily use we recommend using darker richer colors. These withstand heavy traffic better.
In video studios creating voice over or extended learning, black options are effective in minimizing glare from the lighting. The white contrasting pockets between the walls create a nice diffusion effect.
